Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute (HCJMRI) was founded in 1995 with the objective of contributing to Scientific Research and improving quality of life of humans. HCJMRI is a sister concern of the Jehangir Hospital, Pune and is situated on the premises of the Hospital.

The Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute, a sister concern of Jehangir Hospital in Pune, has been dedicated to health programs since 1995, focusing on childhood nutritional and growth disorders, type 1 diabetes, maternal and child health, osteoporosis, psychological counseling, HIV, and cancer.
