About Us

HCJMRI is recognized by the Directorate of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India as a centre for multi- disciplinary research in various branches of research and holds the 80g as well as a prestigious certificate which allows maximum tax exemption to donors (35 i ii).

Our main focus areas are Nutrition, Growth and Endocrine Disorders in Children, Type 1 Diabetes, Maternal and Child Health, Osteoporosis, Bone Health and Non communicable diseases.

 Our Social cause is supporting children and their families with Type 1 diabetes with diabetes education, guidance, monitoring, and medical assistance. We continuously monitor children's health through home visits, school visits, and follow-up calls. We educate and motivate children and their families about managing Type 1 Diabetes, provide diet and social counselling during home and center visits. Additionally, we provide these children with free medical aid like insulin, blood glucose test strips, syringes, lancets, and glucometers, along with covering their annual pathology tests.
